Cancellation Policy:  A 24 hour notice is required in order to cancel your appointment with no penalty. Any cancellations made the day of your appointment will result in losing your appointment credit.  Please call, email, or text me as soon as you know you will need to cancel your appointment. (Please note: Any initial appointments rescheduled more than three times, regardless of the cancellation period, will lose the appointment, and possible future bookings, with The Temple Massage).

Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows for time to fill out your intake form if you did not fill it out prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time at full-service price.  If the appointment is 15 minutes past your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show appointment.

No Shows: If you No Show once without giving me the courtesy of a follow up call, I reserve the right to pull all future booking privileges with The Temple Massage. No refund of services will be given. 

Appointment Reminder Correspondence: Every client receives an email and text from my system the day before an appointment, a simple phone call, text, or email is all I ask if you’re unable to make it.
